I founded Midcoast Counseling Group in 2019 with the goal of creating a mental health treatment facility that is aware and remains informed of the challenges and issues specific to law enforcement and other first responders. I focus on joining forces with my clients to move towards true change, healing, and post traumatic growth. I provide evidenced-based treatment, and specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
